Charles Nicholas began his legal career with the Colorado State Public Defender where he took dozens of cases to trial and successfully negotiated hundreds of favorable plea bargains while defending clients in matters ranging from DUI to homicide. His legal experience also includes international legal and human rights work, advocacy for social and economic rights, and immigration issues.
Charles brings particular sensitivity to the stress and anxiety of involvement with the criminal justice and immigration legal systems. He has a genuine interest in his client’s well-being. With a talent for presenting his client’s point of view in a compelling and thoughtful way, Charles provides the zealous advocacy his clients deserve.
Charles is admitted to practice in the State of Colorado as well as the United States District Court for the District of Colorado.
